Refund Policy
No-Show
- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your full deposit.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel, we request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. If you are unable to give 24 hours' notice, please call or text us as soon as possible. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we are happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment.
Non-Refundable Deposits
Please note that no deposit is refundable within 24 hours of your appointment. However, we can offer credits or reschedule your appointment for a later date.
